A significant redevelopment of Crown Buildings in Poole is commencing as new luxury flats are planned. The large building situated opposite Poole Park just behind Borough of Poole Council offices and Law Court is prime for redevelopment, due to its stunning sea views from the upper floors. The large office block is to be transformed into 57 new flats.

Southern Concrete Services have been hired in by Glossbrook, a new client for us, after our specialist services and ability to complete works on the schedule were recommended.

As the concrete pillar repairs we will be completing, are one of the first on the critical path, our team needs to work quickly and precisely to keep the entire project on track.

All works will comply with BS EN1504 and will be completed using Weber 5 star, a precision grout suitable for use over a range of temperatures and site conditions.
